ADHD & AuDHD Coach for Teenagers, Young Adults & Women
I specialise in ADHD, AuDHD, PMDD, emotional regulation, self-confidence, body image, food, disordered eating, perfectionism, hypermobility and consistency.
With teenagers and young adults, I focus on the challenges that can come with navigating ADHD at school, university and during early adulthood, including emotional dysregulation, confidence, friendships, overwhelm, executive functioning and understanding who you are.
With women, I also specialise in the relationship between ADHD, PMDD, hormones, body image, food and self-esteem.
My approach brings together three key areas: ADHD Coaching, Body & Biology, and Wellness & Lifestyle. Alongside practical ADHD strategies, I explore the factors that can influence how you feel and function — including nutrition, movemen (chronic pain from hypermobility), sleep, stress, hormones and lifestyle. Where appropriate, I also use test-based nutrition and personalised health data to help clients better understand their individual needs.
Better self-understanding. More confidence. Consistency without the all-or-nothing cycle.

Additional information
I offer blocks of 1:1 coaching sessions, tailored to each client's needs and goals.
I also offer a combined ADHD coaching programme, which brings together 1:1 coaching, group coaching, personalised training and nutrition support. This is particularly suited to clients who want support with the wider impact of ADHD, including food noise, disordered eating, consistency, body image, exercise and hypermobility.
Clients receive a more comprehensive level of support, with individual coaching alongside group coaching, personalised exercise programmes and nutrition guidance. The programme is offered on a monthly payment basis, allowing the cost to be spread over the duration of the programme.
The aim is to support the whole person - not just their ADHD symptoms!
