Think of me as a personal trainer for your mind.
I am a life coach with a background in Positive Psychology, and I believe that the mind can be calibrated to function optimally in order to bring about a state of flourishing.
I offer a bespoke service as my research has shown that there is no one-size-fits-all prescription for wellbeing. However self-help literature often endorses generalised recommendations which are not beneficial to all, and in certain cases can actually cause harm. Therefore, I believe that investing in sessions with a coach is invaluable for finding your very own path towards maximising long-lasting wellbeing.
Coaching is a powerful tool that helps you connect with your authentic self. A coach can help you recognise thinking patterns, identify blocks to your success and help you work through them. By listening to your inner voice, you will achieve a natural alignment empowering you to set your plans into action, reach for the stars and become the best possible version of yourself.
I favour the existential approach to coaching, which centres around meaning and purpose. I am passionate about enabling authenticity and provide a nurturing atmosphere to help clients connect with their inner wisdom and harness their innate strengths. This approach encourages my clients to blossom into their full potential and realise their true creative power – the ingredients of success. A cornerstone of my coaching style is active listening and I always set out with an open mind to understand my clients' concerns and aspirations comprehensively.

I offer a free telephone consultation followed by hourly sessions over the telephone, FaceTime/Skype or face-to-face at locations in London.
