About me

I am a life coach with a background in Positive Psychology, I believe that the mind can be calibrated to function optimally in order to bring about a state of flourishing... you could think of me as a personal trainer for your mind.

I am passionate about enabling authenticity and provide a nurturing atmosphere to help you connect with your inner wisdom, harnessing your innate strengths. Typically I start coaching journeys by instilling self-compassion which I believe is a crucial ingredient to wellbeing. This is followed by examining the limiting beliefs which block you from experiencing your best possible world. My approach encourages you to blossom with into your full potential and joyfully discover your true creative power.

You can expect a bespoke service, as my research has shown that there is no one-size-fits-all prescription for wellbeing. However, self-help literature often endorses generalised recommendations which are not beneficial to all, and in certain cases can actually cause harm.

I believe that investing in sessions with a coach is invaluable for finding your very own path towards maximising long-lasting wellbeing. A cornerstone of my coaching style is active listening and I always set out with an open mind to understand my clients' concerns and aspirations comprehensively.
