I’m Elaine, a senior NHS nurse and certified NLP Health & Wellbeing Coach. I specialise in helping adults who feel emotionally overloaded to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control. My approach is warm, grounded, and clinically informed, so you feel safe, supported, and understood from the very first session.
I created Soul Body Balance after seeing the gap people fall into when clinical care ends, but emotional support is still needed. I’ve also personally experienced overwhelm and anxiety - and found a positive, sustainable way forward through NLP coaching.
