About me

Hi, I'm Denny, I am a Coach, Supervisor and Counsellor.

As your Coach I can help you to recognise and utilise your existing resources and challenge you to think in a new way. There are tools and techniques we can work through together that can bring about this change.

Client’s generally come to coaching as something needs to change.

You may feel you have stumbling blocks that you would like to overcome or repeating patterns that you would like to 'ditch' to be able to move forward with more freedom and positivity.  Or even just to get to know yourself better can be extremely beneficial. I am highly skilled at moving clients forward (with measurable outcomes) within a relatively short time frame.

If you would like more information please call or email me.

With absolutely no obligation, I offer a brief pre-coaching telephone call to see if I feel I can be of help to you - please get in touch to arrange this.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Life Coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Life Coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
