About me
My name is David Bottomley. I help leaders deliver great outcomes for their business, their teams and for themselves. I help individuals develop balance, calm, well-being, confidence, motivation and self-esteem, and to relieve anxiety and stress. I also provide career coaching and specialise in helping people considering retirement or semi-retirement.
For leaders - I coach executives, experienced and new leaders from all sectors - specialising in the technology, digital, retail, finance, healthcare, supply chain and charity sectors.

Successful 25-year career in technology leadership for several blue-chip organisations. Including strategy and planning; major programme delivery; software development; vendor management; service delivery, operations and cyber-security.
Built, developed and inspired teams. Created strong and effective business relationships. Learned resilience and good life-work balance.

- PC certificate in personal & business coaching
- Qualified Mental Health First Aider
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Further information
Most clients select a programme of 5-6 sessions, and/or regular monthly sessions. Each session is between 60 and 90 minutes and can be online or in person. I also provide one-off sessions to work through specific "today" challenges.
