About me
Working with me is very flexible. You can do virtual and or in person sessions to suit you and this will be discussed in our initial conversations.
I offer sessions both at and away from your work place/training facilities. With access to multiple spaces, cafés or simply a walk & talk session available. Some home visits may be accepted.
Virtual sessions are always offered where I am unable to attend in person sessions due to travel restrictions.
*For athletes: I can be available to travel for competition purposes or work with you virtually.

Block bookings/Courses Starting at £550.
I can provide out of hours service for those traveling to different time zones. Out of hours sessions start from £250.
