My coaching is designed for people who are ready to grow — whether that means redefining their identity, stepping into confidence, or creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I help clients explore their values, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build the inner resources needed to create meaningful change.
I work with a blend of reflective questioning, mindset work, and practical planning. Sessions are supportive, honest, and tailored to your unique journey. My aim is to help you feel empowered, capable, and connected to your own sense of direction.

I worked in Human Resources for 20 years including leadership roles and worked to enable people, empower people and create environments where people could truly thrive. I also spent these years enabling humans to thrive in the workplace too. I moved into coaching to be able to help, support and nuture more people.
Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified with Henley Business School as an Executive Coach in 2023. I follow the IVC guidance to provide structured, empowering coaching to my clients.
