About me


There are two major motivating forces that drive my career. The first is to help and serve people and the second force is to continually learn and grow.

I graduated as a language teacher in 2011, I studied tour guiding in 2012, then I was introduced to life coaching in 2014 and things changed big time in my life. 

As a teacher and tour guide I liked working with people already. I loved seeing the positive change in a student’s confidence by learning and being able to use a foreign language, and I loved being connected with tourists from all over the world, and contributing to their experiencing and discovering a new place and culture in their destination list. But there’s nothing more rewarding for me than seeing my clients achieving positive changes in their most desired areas of life. The way life coaching changed my life and transformed me was so powerful that it made me want to share the knowledge and tools with others. 

After my life coaching training in Budapest, I studied corporate and leadership coaching with The Coaching Academy in London. I had known many people from the corporate world and saw how important and beneficial it is for them to get the kind of support coaching can provide, which made me expand my knowledge in this direction.

In 2019 I studied couple coaching and in 2020 I trained to be a trainer. 

Lifelong learning has truly become my instinctive motivation. Sharing knowledge and making a difference in people’s lives has sincerely become my mission.

- When you are interested in understanding and getting to know yourself better. Apparently, it’s a never ending story so if you haven’t started it yet, it might be the best time. As Heraclitus said “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.”
- When you think that everyone around you is an idiot and you wish you could change them.
- When you want to say ’no’ and feel okay about it.
- When you have realized you need to work on the way you deal with conflicts.
- When you hate others telling you what to do. Good news! Life coaching believes that you have your own answers, they just need to be found.  
- When the honeymoon phase is gone and you think your relationship needs some maintenance. 

Please note that if you are struggling with any kind of mental health conditions, like addiction, unresolved trauma, depression, etc, it’s advisable to seek counselling first. Coaching may work alongside or after therapy but it is best to be discussed with your therapist.

- gain clarity of the situation you are in and what your next steps are, 
- and get to know yourself better. 

Coaching is a practical tool with powerful questions that can help you understand where you are where you want to be and how to get there. Combining your journaling with a personal life coach gives you the opportunity to be guided in your own comfort. There is no time pressure to answer a question in a short space of time. As opposed to a typical coaching session that is between 60 and 90 minutes, you can have a week or more to think about your answers and to find the right time to write it down. 

How it works in practice

Everything you would discuss in a live coaching session is done in writing. 

You send me an email describing what you need help with then you will receive an email back from me with your first journal coaching exercise free of charge. This will give you an idea of how it could work and if this is the right thing for you. 

Once you decide to continue with the process, you will have the option to choose a package of 6 journal coaching emails or pay as you go. 

In general 6 coaching sessions, in this case emails, are needed to achieve the kind of change you are looking for. As with many things, it can be different for each person.

Each time you receive an email from me, you can expect challenging questions and coaching exercises that are related to your previous email.
