About me

I am passionate about supporting individuals in their life journey through a holistic approach, my sessions are carefully designed with the aim to create a safe & relaxing environment for my clients. Coaching is a powerful approach to use if you are feeling static or blocked in any given area of your life. Coaching is non-intrusive and very effective in achieving results, I work in partnership with my clients through thought-provoking questions and self-reflection, this cognitive process is a space where my clients can get those tangled thoughts straightened out, gain self-awareness, and empower themselves in how they live their life. Ultimately, we all have the answers we seek inside of us, as a coach my job is to support individuals in their self-discovery journey.

Face2face or Online | 1-hour session: Cost £65

Breakdown of session for Face2face 

5 min - Client is offered a delicious variety of herbal loose teas from ‘The Tea Makers of London’  
Tea Selection:

  • Chai of Madagascar
  • Lemongrass Ginger
  • Eden Bliss
  • Chamomile Blossoms 

5 min – The session is opened with guided relaxation breathing exercises & application of Neal's Yard Essential Oils on the temples, behind ears and wrists. Essential Oil Selection: Aromatherapy Blend Calming 

30 min – 121 Coaching

10 min – Personal Empowerment: this is designed to recognise and highlight the client’s efforts, success, and achievements. 

5 min – Gratitude Cards: Pick a gratitude card, it will give you an action of gratitude for that week. 

5 min – The session will finalise with guided relaxation breathing exercises

Breakdown of session for Online:
It’s important to maintain the same relaxing element in all my sessions, therefore online clients will receive a *gift box by post in-time for their first session. *The gift box is included & is sent out to clients every 10 sessions

Gift box includes:

  • Scented candle & matches
  • Pukka herbal teas
  • Neal's Yard Essential Oil: Aromatherapy Blend Calming
  • Notepad & pen

35 min – 121 Coaching
