I’m Ella Achola - a mother, writer, accredited coach and founder of Coffee With Ella, a creative community inspired by the best parts of a coffee shop.
I work with people who have often done everything “right” on paper - built the career, carried the responsibility, kept things moving - but intuitively know something no longer fits. They may be navigating change, burnout, questions of purpose, or simply feeling the pull for a life and way of working that feels more like their own.
My coaching creates space to slow down, hear yourself clearly and loosen the grip of inherited expectations around success, visibility and who you’re supposed to be. Together, we look at what is no longer working, what feels more interesting, expansive or a little bit electric - and what wants to emerge next.
Often, before anything practical can change, we begin with belief: that another way of living or leading is possible, and that it is available to you too.
Creativity sits at the heart of my approach - not as something reserved for artists, but as a way of thinking, choosing and imagining something different. As a writer, mother, accredited coach and all-round alchemist, I draw on a blend of approaches and lived experience - including coaching, reflective practice, regulation and creative process - depending on what’s needed to help people build work and lives rooted in greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I also create gatherings and workshops for women of colour writers, and the creatively curious - to reconnect with voice, imagination, self-belief and possibility, on and off the page.
Training, qualifications & experience
- ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching (Animas Centre for Coaching)
- Senior Practitioner, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC)
- EFT Master Practitioner (The Priority Academy Ltd)

90-minute Deep Dive — £180
Half Day Intensive (3 hours) — £500
6-Month 1:1 Container — from £3,000
I also run workshops, group programmes and creative gatherings through Coffee With Ella, all rooted in the creative process I’ve developed.
