About me

Are you a man struggling with overwhelm or underwhelm who desires a more balanced way of living, focused on what is truly important?

Or maybe your a man who has goals and aspirations who finds themselves sabotaged on a regular basis by their current mindset?

My name is Clive Maxheath and I coach men struggling with overwhelm or underwhelm. I also train men who are being held back by their current mindset. Men willing to train to develop a mindset that serves them in working towards their goals and aspirations, rather than sabotaging against.

I coach and train men who want:

- To focus on purposeful work they were born to do. 
- Personal relationships that energise and nourish them.
- High mindset fitness levels that optimise performance and reduce toxic stress.

I am a coach who:

  • Has coached men 1-2-1 and in groups for over 10 years.
  • Trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). The ICF is a leading global organisation dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards.
  • Trained and certified by the Positive Intelligence organisation to deliver their 8-week mindset fitness training program.

I'm also a coach who:

  • Wasted years trying to do personal development on my own before I enlisted the support of a professional coach and I began to fulfil my potential.
  • Struggled when returning home from a year of traveling, before joining a men's group and finding the support and authentic feedback required to understand the challenges I was facing and move forward.
  • Became a father (2018) and navigated both a change of career and the challenge of becoming a stay-at-home dad.

The Quest: 12-week coaching program

7 personal coaching sessions (8 hours of coaching) across a period of 12 weeks.

*The current investment for this program is £800 when payment is made upfront. The investment is £840 if elected to be spread across 3 transactions as follows:  £280 due before the first session, £280 due before the third session, £280 due before the fifth session.

I encourage at least the opening and closing sessions to be in person, however, all sessions can be delivered utilising video conferencing or over the phone if more suitable (for example you're based outside of the country or travel is difficult).

New Chapter: One-off 90-minute coaching session

One-off 90-minute coaching session with a 30-minute progress review session a fortnight after.

*The investment for this session is currently £220 payable prior to our meeting. The session can be delivered via video conferencing or over the phone.

Mindset Fitness: Positive Intelligence - 8-Week Training Program

Designed like a mindset fitness boot camp the program gives you practices, motivation, and structure to develop your Positive Intelligence (PQ) muscles 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks. The program includes weekly training videos, online coach-led check-in sessions & daily app-guided practices to boost mental fitness muscles.

*The investment for this program is £820 when payment is made upfront. The investment is £860 if elected to be spread across 2 transactions as follows: £430 due before the first session & £430 due before the fourth check-in session.

The Quest: 1-2-1 Coaching Program

My 1-2-1 program consists of a total of 7 personal coaching sessions (8 hours of coaching) across a period of 12 weeks. The package includes:

  • 2-hour 'base camp' discovery and planning session where we design our alliance and establish goals for the program.
  • Two 1-hour checkpoint sessions to monitor progress, reflect, and task set.
    A 'Strengthfinder' online assessment to identify personal strengths and values. (completed in-between coaching sessions)
  • 1-hour 'mid-point' half-time review session to review and analyse progress.
    Two 1-hour check-point sessions to monitor progress, reflect, and task set
    1-hour 'summit' completion session to celebrate learning and successes from the program.


*note - I encourage 'base camp', 'mid-point', and 'summit' sessions to be in person, however, all three sessions can be delivered utilising video conferencing or over the phone if more suitable (for example you're based outside of the country or travel is difficult).

New Chapter: One-off 90-minute coaching session

As part of this one-off coaching session we will:

  • Work with a specialist coaching analytics tool to review your current life position.
  • Utilise a visualisation exercise to connect you with your inner self-leader.
  • Identify focused next-step tasks for the coming fortnight in the area you've elected to develop.

After completion of the session we will:

  • Stay checked in over the following fortnight via e-mail or whats app for accountability, learning capture, and success celebration.
  • Review learning and celebrate success at the end of the fortnight via a scheduled 30-minute phone/video conferencing call.

    The investment for this session is currently £220 payable prior to the session.

The session can be delivered via video conferencing or over the phone.

Previous clients just two weeks after completing a one-off coaching session have (amongst others); launched a new album, got back swimming in the pool for the first time in decades, and pulled the trigger on launching a new business!

Mental Fitness: Positive Intelligence - 8-Week Training Program

Designed like a mental fitness boot camp the program gives you exercises, motivation, and structure to develop your PQ muscles 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks. The program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles. An overview of the program is shown below:

- 1* 60-minute coach-led onboarding session (prior to the start of the 6-week training).
- Supporting PQ score & Saboteur psychometric assessments.
- App access including online PQ community support.
- 6* 30-minute weekly coach-led check-in sessions.
- Coach support via a messaging service (what’s app/telegram) and/or e-mail.
- 1* 60-minute coach-led completion session. (on conclusion of the 6 weeks)
When & Where will the program take place?

The training can begin on any week as agreed previously between you and coach Clive Maxheath. The training is delivered via a number of different sources including the PQ smartphone app, online videos, and coach-led check-in sessions held via Zoom video conferencing.

The investment for this program is £820 when payment is made upfront. The investment is £860 if elected to be spread across 2 transactions as follows:  £430 due before the first session & £430 due before the fourth check-in session.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
