About me
I am a fully qualified Coach, Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. I worked in Harley Street before deciding to work from my home town of Sevenoaks. I work face to face and online so I can cover a wider area, and can work with clients abroad.
I am the founder of a new exciting program that will get you from A to Z in 10 weeks. I have studied the Mind for 28 years and have written a unique Personal Development program to help you achieve the vision you want for your future. The counselling part of this will unstick you from life's baggage, to enable you to let your vision be your identity.
I will be asking in-depth questions that will make you think about the life you are leading and the life you would like to lead
As a life coach I can help with providing a safe and non-judgemental space in which you can investigate your current values, beliefs and perceptions about yourself and the world. As this process unfolds, you may become more aware of your options and choices and any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from fulfilling your potential.
I work in an integrative way which means I use a fusion of different skills to enable a fuller picture to unfold. As well as talking I work with vision boards, meditation, dreams, creative visualisation. Become the master of the life you want.
