About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, Life Coach and NLP  Practitioner. As a life coach I can help you with clarifying your goals and implementing the changes you wish to make in your life. I can also help you explore what would give your life more joy and meaning.

As a life coach I can help with providing a safe and non-judgemental space in which you can investigate your current values, beliefs and perceptions about yourself and the world. As this process unfolds, you may become more aware of your options and choices and any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from fulfilling your potential.

I work in an integrative way which means I use a fusion of different skills to enable a fuller picture to unfold. As well as talking I work with body awareness, body symptoms (unexplained pains) breathwork for grounding, meditation, dreams, creative visualisation, art therapy and others.

I specialise in career problems. Plus lot's more, please email for more information if needed.
