About me
I'm a coach working with neurodivergent people to build sustainable ways of living and working, where they truly feel they're living to their full potential.
I work with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and dyspraxia, and my approach fits well with other forms of neurodivergence too.
I'm specialised in executive functioning, masking/ unmasking, energy management, and career development, as well as neurodivergent business coaching.
I’m ADHD, autistic and dyspraxic myself, so I understand both the real obstacles and the unique gifts of being a 'neurocomplex' human.
What's the coaching like?
Coaching with me is a compassionate space where we reimagine what's possible when you work with your neurodivergent brain rather than against it.
In each session we co-create the agenda and move between deeper insights, and practical structure.
We find strategies and approaches that honour your unique strengths while addressing practical and emotional challenges along the way.
You come away from sessions with clarity and accountability for your next steps, actions that are specifically designed with your neurodivergent traits and energy cycles in mind.
We review your progress together, reflecting on the successes and obstacles, using the time between sessions as an experiment to inform what's next.
My approach to coaching:
- Moves between in-depth work on your self-identity and inner narrative, translating that work into tangible, do-able steps towards your goals.
- Designed with your neurodivergence at its heart, with the relief and freedom of a space where you feel understood and free to (really) be yourself.
- Oriented towards your strengths - uncovering more positivity and confidence, whilst accounting for the very real struggles and obstacles.
- Awareness of your processing style, pace and needs, with a trauma-informed understanding of the co-occurence of different conditions.
Non-judgemental listening, balanced with compassionate challenge and practical insights.
How does coaching help?
Maybe you've had a recent (self) diagnosis that's been a turning point, but that's left you asking 'now what'? Or you had a previous diagnosis, but you're starting to realise it's a bigger deal than you thought.
There's so much information online, and on social media, but it's hard to know what's actually going to make a difference for you. The diagnosis or self-identification is key, but it's just the starting point of a potential transformation.
Coaching comes in to draw out the insights and next steps that are unique to you. To tease out the identity shifts and practical steps, in a way that's paced for you so that you don't get stalled or overwhelmed in the process.
It supports you with a deeper understanding of your neurodivergent experience, increased self-confidence and acceptance, more sustainable ways of working, and a lifestyle that respects your way of being.
