About me
I am an ADHD coach specialising in supporting late-diagnosed women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of sync with life’s expectations. My work is grounded in a combination of lived experience and evidence-based coaching approaches, helping clients better understand how their ADHD shows up in daily life. I have a strong interest in executive functioning, emotional regulation, confidence building and creating sustainable changes that actually work for neurodivergent minds.
Having experienced the journey myself, I have a special interest working with women who are late diagnosed ADHD (self diagnosis included) especially those navigating the complex intersection of hormones, work, family life, and identity.
