A little introduction about me
Hi, I'm Catherine and I'm an established and accredited Life Coach with experience in Mental Health. Prior to making the transition to a full time Life Coach and Therapist I worked for 15 years in the corporate world and so have first hand experience of making the jump from a job that paid the bills to a career I'm truly passionate about.
I have an established track-record for helping and supporting women create positive change and success in areas including professional work and career change, confidence and self-esteem, health and wellbeing, pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy and family matters, relationships and life balance. I provide a 1:1 service tailoring each session to individual needs and goals helping clients like you achieve the change they want to see in their life in both a professional and personal context.

My role is to unlock your potential by building awareness and understanding of who you really are and support you to create transformational change to enable you to live your life to the fullest, manifesting happiness, health and wellbeing, improved relationships and a purpose that's aligned to your authentic self.
How does it work?
I use an integrative, holistic, client-focused approach to help you become more aware of your own thought patterns, feelings and behaviours and why you might be feeling stuck in life, enabling you to establish a more congruent way of being in the world and in turn facilitating change in areas including relationships, health and wellbeing and career.
To create meaningful and lasting change, together we will develop a deep awareness of who you truly are in this world to create transformational shifts in your external world using the following 3 step ‘inside-out’ process:
1) Clarify who you truly are and connect with authenticity and compassion. I will help you develop self-awareness and an understanding of why you might be living a life you don't truly love. I will help you make sense of your true desires in life by collaboratively exploring your core needs, values, strengths, challenges in life and belief systems.
2) Change how you perceive yourself and the world around you. Having developed awareness around why you're feeling stuck and what you truly desire I will then support you to transform outdated beliefs enabling you to reach your fullest potential, enhance your self-esteem, build emotional resilience and move forward in life with confidence and clarity.
3) Create the fulfillment, happiness and success you deserve and watch your life unfold in ways you didn't think were possible. With the clarity, connection and change you've already manifested you'll be more motivated to make choices and initiate action that you feel and know are authentic to you. I will help you in this last step to externally create and implement the life that's aligned to your true holistic self.
WHAT WOULD A TYPICAL SESSION ENTAIL?
I value the importance of the rapport between client and coach and so offer a free consultation so we can openly discuss your intentions and get to know each other before making the choice of embarking on the coaching journey together.
There will be an initial exploratory coaching session that will include a life coaching assessment in order to develop an in depth understanding of you, your process and your coaching goals.
We then collaboratively draw up a coaching contract to be signed by both parties. Together we will establish the structure of the coaching sessions including the objectives, outcome measurements, feedback procedures and the number of sessions agreed over a specified time frame.
Following the initial coaching session subsequent meetings take place which typically last one hour and the number of meetings will be dependent on you and your goals. I tailor each session according to you and your individual needs using a number of different coaching models and techniques. My goal is to help you achieve the change you desire in life and I am committed to supporting you through that process and my values of authenticity and connection are integral to how I coach individuals.
I provide a caring and professional service treating everyone as an individual encompassing a holistic and empathetic approach to my sessions. I will help and support you through any current life challenges, my understanding and intuitive nature will enable you to let go and surrender to whatever it is you're currently experiencing and together we can initiate powerful change both internally and externally.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Centre for Coaching in London and gained a Certificate in Coaching which is approved by the British Psychological Society Learning Centre and subsequently became an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching (AMAC).
I have completed my foundation training in Humanisitic Counselling and I'm currently training as a Humanistic Psychotherapist to further my Coaching skills.
I have helped individuals achieve a wide variety of goals through the application of tried and tested coaching models and my experience has encompassed a number of specialist areas including health and more specifically longer term illnesses, pre-conception and pregnancy, stress, confidence, relationships and careers.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
