A little introduction about me
Hi, I'm Catherine and I've been practising as a Transformational Life Coach for many years in central London and I'm currently training as a Psychotherapist and have extensive experience in Mental Health and the Mind-Body Connection. I have an established track-record for helping and supporting individuals in London create positive change and success in areas including professional work and career change, confidence and self-esteem, health and wellbeing, pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy and family matters, relationships and life balance. I provide a 1:1 service tailoring each session to individual needs and goals helping clients like you achieve the change they want to see in their life in both a professional and personal context . We can either have the coaching sessions in the comfort of your own home or I can organise a therapy room in either South Kensington or Mayfair. I also work in corporate environments, in hospitals and schools.

As an experienced Transformational Life Coach I can help and support you overcome any obstacles or challenges you may be experiencing so that you can reach your fullest potential, reconnect to your inner authentic self and achieve the life that you desire. We've all experienced psychological blocks and self restraining thoughts, the power of the mind can so easily inhibit us from reaching our goals in life and impede our natural state of being. I can help you enhance self-awareness, reframe any self-defeating thought patterns and beliefs, build emotional and stress resilience, improve communication skills and initiate sustainable behavioural change to enable you to live your life to the fullest creating a happier state of being, healthier relationships and a purpose that's aligned to your authentic self.
How does it work?
As a Transformational Life Coach I use an integrative, holistic, client-focused approach to help individuals become more aware of their own thought patterns, feelings and behaviours enabling them to establish a more congruent way of being in the world and therefore facilitating change in areas including relationships, health and wellbeing and career. The initial meeting is an opportunity for us to build a repor and establish the keys goals we'll be collaboratively working on, the number of sessions and timeframe will be dependent on each individual client. The coaching sessions will involve using a series of coaching models and techniques to achieve your goals and live a happier and healthier life.
I provide a caring and professional service treating everyone as an individual encompassing a holistic and empathetic approach to my sessions. I believe in treating the whole person building holistic awareness and increased insight into how you think, feel and act which enables a sense of liberation so that you can live life to your fullest potential and enhance mental and physcial wellbeing.
I will aim to help you by listening to you and supporting you through any current life challenges, my understanding and intuitive nature will enable you to let go and surrender to whatever it is you're currently experiencing and together we can initiate powerful change both internally and externally.
I have a particular interest in women's health and wellbeing and as stress continues to permeate in our hectic lives I adopt a holistic approach to helping women in areas such as relationship difficulties, loss of direction and health issues such as long term illnesses and pre-conception and pregnancy.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Centre for Coaching in London and gained a Certificate in Coaching which is approved by the British Psychological Society Learning Centre and subsequently became an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching (AMAC).
I have completed my foundation training in Humanisitic Counselling and I'm currently training as a Humanistic Psychotherapist to further my Coaching skills.
I have helped individuals achieve a wide variety of goals through the application of tried and tested coaching models and my experience has encompassed a number of specialist areas including health and more specifically longer term illnesses, pre-conception and pregnancy, stress, confidence, relationships and careers.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
