About me

I’m a highly experienced, qualified Personal and Professional Development Coach and Life Coach and have been running my practice in North London since 2004. Whilst we are all experiencing these difficult times, I'm offering coaching and mentoring sessions on line or by phone.

I offer new clients an introductory session free of charge and you can talk to me via phone, Skype or Zoom (Unfortunately, Face to Face sessions must, of course, be on hold right now).  It's a great opportunity to explore how my coaching can help you and means you can feel confident we have the right rapport to work well together.  I'm available Monday to Friday during the day and early evenings. I am also available some Saturdays.

I work with a wide variety of people to help them make the most of their potential.  My clients include senior executives and managers and their teams, entrepreneurs and students.  I also work with a number of creative professionals including freelancers, musicians, writers, artists, architects and designers as well as individuals who may be between jobs and want to explore a new direction. I think you’ll find my coaching will give you some fresh ideas, greater focus and the clarity you may be looking for right now.

I offer sessions by phone, Zoom and Skype. I like to maintain close contact with my clients between sessions via email.  I can provide corporate coaching as well as business coaching for individuals/entrepreneurs. Mentoring is a passion of mine and I have helped several organisations set up their own in-house mentoring programmes. Needless to say anything you tell me is completely confidential.

Before becoming a coach, I spent many years in the corporate environment running a successful marketing and communications consultancy.  Our clients included many well-known 'blue chip' companies and household name brands as well as iconic consumer products.  This valuable experience helps me coach and mentor executives working at all levels from trainee to MD.

I provide life coaching, professional and personal development coaching and business coaching to suit each individual client to help improve the quality of their lives and gain more fulfillment from their careers.  I can help budding entrepreneurs with ideas and planning for new business ventures as well as talking to existing small companies to help them find original ways to take their business forward especially in these difficult times.

No matter what the goal or issue, I believe you will benefit from talking to a qualified professional like me who will give you valuable and objective feedback, help clarify your thinking, and work with you to create the right plan of action. Part of the process is to identify and overcome any obstacles that are getting in your way - together, we'll explore and find the right strategies to achieve your goals and ambitions.

I believe my style of coaching will offer you the inspiration and support you need to make the changes that will take you forward to where you want to be in your life and your work.

I can help you:

  • Set personal and professional goals and make positive change
  • Increase your self-belief, confidence and motivation
  • Overcome any blocks and barriers that stand in your way
  • Discover and develop your real potential
  • Learn new skills and how to be flexible with your work in challenging times
  • Learn how to become more disciplined if working from home is new to you!
  • Face the challenge of career change
  • With Business Coaching to brainstorm ideas to launch a new business venture or create effective marketing plans to breathe new life into an existing company
  • If you have staff, make the most of their potential and improve their performance
  • To manage your time better and achieve more every day
  • Create Life Plans/Retirement Plans for you (and your partner)
  • Manage stress effectively and achieve a better work/life balance
  • Rediscover your passion for life; find new interests and challenges
  • Get more out of your life, your work and leisure time

My coaching sessions aim to bring clarity, focus, confidence and success – Coaching will help bring out your inner, more positive self and with increased confidence, you'll find you can start to achieve your true potential. I would love the opportunity to help you change your life for the better and work with you to build a more successful and exciting future.
