I’m a highly experienced, qualified Personal and Professional Development Coach and Life Coach and have been running my practice in North London since 2004.
I offer new clients an introductory session free of charge so you can meet me (or talk on the phone). It's a great opportunity to explore how my coaching can help you and means you can feel confident we have the right rapport to work well together. I'm based in Highbury New Park, N5 and available most weekdays and evenings. Needless to say, anything you tell me remains completely confidential.
I work with a wide variety of people to help them make the most of their potential. My clients include senior executives and managers and their teams, entrepreneurs and students. I also work with a number of creative professionals including freelancers, musicians, writers, artists, architects and designers as well as individuals who may be between jobs and want to explore a new direction. I think you’ll find my coaching will give you some fresh ideas, greater focus and the clarity you may be looking for right now.
I offer face-to-face sessions at my practice in London (and in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex) and also sessions by phone and Skype. I like to maintain close contact with my clients between sessions via email. I can provide corporate coaching at the workplace as well as business coaching for individuals/entrepreneurs. Mentoring is a passion of mine and I have helped several organisations set up their own in-house mentoring programmes.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years in the corporate environment running a successful marketing and communications consultancy. Our clients included many well-known 'blue chip' companies and household name brands as well as iconic consumer products. This valuable experience helps me coach and mentor executives working at all levels from trainee to MD.
I provide life coaching, professional and personal development coaching to suit each individual client to help improve the quality of their lives and to gain more fulfillment from their careers.
No matter what the goal or issue, I believe you will benefit from talking to a qualified professional like me who will give you valuable and objective feedback, help clarify your thinking, and work with you to create the right plan of action. Part of the process is to identify and overcome any obstacles that are getting in your way - together, we'll explore and find the right strategies to achieve your goals and ambitions.
I believe my style of coaching will offer you the inspiration and support you need to make the changes that will take you forward to where you want to be in your life and your work.
