About me

I’m Carol, founder of TQAE (The Quiet Accountability Experience) and a Leadership and Accountability Coach based in East London.

Before coaching, I spent over 30 years in the music industry, working alongside artists and teams where consistency, resilience and self-belief made the difference between burning out and building something that lasts.

That experience shapes how I coach today. I work with individuals who are capable, driven and often exhausted from carrying everything alone. My role isn’t to push you harder. It’s to walk alongside you while you find your own sustainable pace.

My approach
I use what I call the 'Floor First method.' Before we build anything new, we find your minimum sustainable baseline, the floor beneath you that won’t give way. From there, we build upward with clarity instead of pressure. This is quiet, steady accountability, not another voice telling you to do more.

Who I work with
I coach leaders and creatives who want to move forward without losing themselves in the process. Many of my clients are managing high expectations, whether from their work, their industry, or themselves, and are looking for a coach who understands what it means to keep going without collapsing.

If you’re ready for support that meets you where you are, I’d love to hear from you.

Further information

I believe coaching works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely met. My role is not to fix or advise, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of what is unfolding in your life.

My approach is shaped by professional training, ongoing supervision, and lived experience of navigating change, pressure, and uncertainty. I understand how much courage it can take to pause, reflect, and look inward, especially when you are used to coping well or supporting others.

Sessions are confidential, client-led, and held with care. You are welcome to bring whatever feels present, whether that is something clearly defined or simply a sense that something needs attention.

If you are curious about coaching but unsure where to begin, you are warmly welcome to reach out with questions or to arrange an initial conversation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
