About me
When life unravels, I walk beside you.
When life falls apart it can feel as if the ground has disappeared beneath you. Anxiety, confusion, shame and self-doubt creep in, and relationships can feel strained or unsafe. You might look "fine" on the outside, but inside you feel lost, overwhelmed, or like you no longer recognise yourself.
I offer trauma-informed, spiritually aware coaching for people who are moving through these raw, in-between spaces. Together we focus on easing anxiety, rebuilding self-esteem and confidence, and gently exploring what this experience means for you. My work often supports personal development, relationship patterns, spiritual shifts, grief, burnout and feeling "stuck" or disconnected from your life.
You might be here because…
- Life has thrown you curveballs - relationship issues, work challenges, life transitions, illness, bereavement, loss, burnout - and you’re struggling to stay afloat.
- You feel disconnected, spiritually adrift, or like your identity no longer fits.
You’re carrying unresolved pain from the past that keeps resurfacing. - You’re facing a decision that feels impossible, or a situation that feels like it’s about to break.
Even if you’re surrounded by people, you might feel deeply lonely in your experience. I get it. And you don’t have to go through it alone.
When Life Shifts in Mysterious Ways
Some of my clients come to me after profound or life-altering experiences - whether that’s a health crisis, a spiritual awakening, or an encounter that’s hard to explain. These moments can shake our foundations, challenge our beliefs, and leave us feeling isolated or misunderstood.
You might be navigating the aftermath of a near-death experience, a sudden shift in consciousness, or a moment that’s changed how you see the world. I offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore what these experiences might mean for you - and how you might integrate them into your life with clarity, resilience, and meaning.
How I work
Our sessions are collaborative and we work at your pace. I walk beside you, offering deep listening, and a safe, non-judgemental coaching space where you are valued and your experience is honoured.
I work online (with camera on or off), or by telephone, email or direct messaging - whatever works for you. If you're curious, you're welcome to book a one-off first session so we can explore what you're moving through and whether this feels right for you at this time before committing any further.
My coaching approach is:
- Trauma-informed - I understand how trauma shapes our nervous systems, choices, and relationships.
- Organic – Our work is tailored to meet your needs, it’s not a one-size fits all approach.
- Partnership-based - You are the expert in your life; I am present with you.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, build emotional resilience, and reconnect you with your sense of agency, meaning and happiness.

“It was like Billie knew what I was like before I even went into week 2. Billie’s professional and relaxed manner made me feel at ease and this can make people open-up and talk. “If you’re thinking about working with Billie, do it. Absolutely do it. I found out more about leadership. I found out more about myself. I gained new perspectives and new beliefs about myself, that I am capable of doing it and can achieve it. New perspectives have helped me.
“Coaching helped me changed the way I was thinking about things and my thought processes within me changed without a doubt. You only get out of it what you put into it so if you go in with a closed mind you won’t reap the rewards of it!” - Zoltan

“Coaching has given me more confidence to deal with the changes that have happened, and I feel a lot more confident about it now. Open communication within the sessions felt different, to find different options and ideas, when you’re stuck it’s hard to see the options that are there, coaching has helped with seeing the options. Billie was open to what was going on and listening to all of what I had to say as well as my feelings. I was guided through options that were there. It was what I needed at the time it was the right approach. It’s good to be open to what’s going on by being honest about what you’re struggling with. It’s really valuable for someone who hasn’t been in a management or leadership role when they’re facing some challenges in relation to that new role.” - Steve
“Sessions were great, thank you for sharing with me your valuable gift. I am grateful.” - Anon

“It’s also been nice to speak to someone who I can have frank and honest conversations, it’s great to have impartiality. Questioning. Asking the right questions and getting me to think about the decisions I was making and the outcomes and taking time to consider my approach and what other different approaches there might be and how to get the best outcome.
