About me
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or as though you've lost confidence in yourself?
Perhaps you overthink everything, struggle with anxiety, doubt your decisions, find it difficult to say no, or feel held back by your inner critic. You know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to begin.
I help people overcome self-doubt, low confidence, anxiety, and overthinking so they can stop feeling stuck and start creating a life that's aligned with their values. Together, we'll quieten your inner critic, regulate your nervous system, and develop the confidence to move forward with clarity and purpose.
Using an integrative approach that combines evidence-informed coaching, psychological principles, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor every session to your individual needs. We'll explore what's keeping you stuck, work through limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools to help you manage difficult thoughts and emotions, so you can take meaningful action towards the life you want.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Alongside coaching, I provide psychoeducation so you can better understand how your mind and nervous system work. When you understand why you think, feel, and respond the way you do, lasting change becomes much more achievable.
With over ten years of training in psychology, counselling, coaching, and mental health, I bring a broad range of knowledge and experience to my work. I am trained and certified in Life Coaching, Humanistic Counselling, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This blend of approaches allows me to support you as a whole person, adapting every session to your unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
I am professionally accredited, work within recognised ethical guidelines, and am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I offer safe, effective, and up-to-date support.
You don't have to stay stuck. With the right support, you can learn to manage anxiety, quieten self-doubt, build lasting confidence, and create a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and true to your values.
