About me
I’m a coach specialising in supporting women through the emotional and psychological demands of modern life - particularly those navigating motherhood, mental load, identity shifts and overwhelm.
As a mum of two myself, I understand first-hand the complexity of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. Alongside this, I’ve personally experienced challenges with self-worth, depression and imposter syndrome, which has shaped both my perspective and the way I support the women I work with today.
Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable on the outside, but internally feel stretched, mentally exhausted or disconnected from themselves. They are often juggling careers, motherhood, relationships and the invisible load of managing everyday life - while feeling like they should be coping better.
My work focuses on helping women understand themselves through a psychological lens. This includes exploring patterns such as people pleasing, low self-worth, difficulty setting boundaries and the impact of chronic mental load.
I combine coaching, behavioural psychology and therapeutic thinking to support clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change. My approach is compassionate but grounded - moving beyond surface-level advice to build deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation and self-trust.
Alongside my coaching work, I also work as a workplace wellbeing specialist, supporting individuals and organisations to better understand mental health, stress and emotional wellbeing in professional environments. This allows me to bring a broader perspective to the challenges many women face, particularly those balancing career and motherhood.
A key part of my work is normalising the realities of modern motherhood and womanhood - especially the experiences that are often felt but not always spoken about. I aim to create a space where women feel understood, supported and able to explore their experiences without judgement.
Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to understand themselves on a deeper level, my work is about helping them move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-awareness.
