I offer price packages of 

• 1:1 sessions from 4 - 6 months or as client requires
• Small group workshops between 4-8 people online  via zoom or in person depending upon which part of the country.  Happy to travel to client's office 
• retainer sessions after initial sessions are completed

 Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes 
Group sessions last between 2-4 hours depending upon requirements and topic to be covered 

If the hours of work are not suitable, please email and I will try to adjust to suit your time frame.

I have been running my business Coaching/Mentoring/Advisory - for three years in person and online

Prior to that I ran a fashion import and export business for 25+ years, designing and manufacturing in the Far East and India and wholesaling to the UK, USA, Europe 

I set up my business as a startup and expanded it profitably with the ability to know how to navigate recessions, and downturns, being relevant on a continuing basis in order to continually move forward.

My ownership business skills and experiences have guided me and my staff throughout my career enabling me to set up another business in the world of Coaching/Mentoring/Advising so that I can share my years of business practice with others 

Further I have trained and worked with The ABM, mentoring business owners and employees with the Government HELP TO GROW SCHEME 

I further mentor students through The Coaching Academy
