About me
I live and work in North Yorkshire, UK. My day-job is in HR and Change and I am a coach in the workplace as well as having coaching clients independent of my workplace.
I have experience in coaching clients on a wide range of issues; career, personal choices, relationships and much more. I have an interest in neurodiversity in general, and ADHD in particular.
My approach is to work with you as a whole person. You may wish to talk about relationships in the workplace, goals for your future, take time to reflect on the past or maybe you're not really sure what you are bringing to the coaching conversation. That's fine. Press 'Pause' and take a breath.
I have over 400 hours of supervised coaching practice and am an accredited Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching.
My work is guided and informed by the Association of Coaching Code of Ethics.
I take part in professional supervision and undertake CPD (continuous professional development) on a regular basis.
Training, qualifications & experience
In 2016, I began a one year programme that provided me with an integrated blend of applied theory, practice and experience. The whole person approach to relationships was a central tenant of the programme, which calls for participants to apply their whole self as well as enabling others (i.e. clients) to engage more with their whole selves. The AC coaching competencies were covered in the programme as well as the final written assessment which required me to demonstrate competence against the competencies.
I became accredited for the first time as a Foundation Executive Coach in 2018 after 75 hours of supervised coaching practice and then upgraded this accreditation in 2021 after 250 hours of supervised coaching practice, to become an accredited Executive Coach.
