About me

Coaching for Neurodivergent Women

Hi, I'm Anna.

I specialise in coaching Neurodivergent women, including ADHD, autistic and AuDHD women, to overcome challenges such as task initiation, organising, prioritising, impulse control and emotional regulation so you can achieve goals, find balance, feel more confident and increase self‑trust.

Many clients experience frustration over putting off tasks, or they start tasks and are unable to finish, or feel misunderstood in relationships. Others come to me due to a lack of trust in their ability to make good decisions or feeling stuck in a job that drains them. They often describe feeling anxious, overwhelmed and “not good enough”, especially after hearing repeated negative messages about themselves.

In our work together, I help clients question and move beyond these messages and develop practical, compassionate strategies for managing emotions, improving organisation, reducing overwhelm, and making decisions that feel aligned to their values.

Coaching with me supports Neurodivergent women as they navigate work stress, career changes, poor time management and organisation, overworking, stressful family dynamics and the emotional intensity that can come with ADHD, autistic and AuDHD traits. My approach draws on Neurodivergent Inclusive ICF‑accredited coaching training and lived experience, offering a calm, supportive, empathetic space for Neurodivergent women.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone. For a free initial call to find out more about coaching with me, please book a Discovery call or email hello@anna-gifford.com.

If you are exploring support options, Access to Work funding may be available. If you’re employed or self‑employed, you may be eligible for UK government funding through Access to Work. This scheme can help cover the cost of specialist coaching.
