About me
I'm Angela Joyce, an executive function, ADHD, and autism coach based in Edinburgh. I work with adults across the UK, entirely online.
I know what it is to move through education and adult life with an undiagnosed learning difference. I know what it's like to absorb the message that you are somehow not quite getting it right, without ever understanding why. I know how much energy that costs. And I know what it means to finally have a framework that makes sense of your own experience.
That understanding shapes everything about how I work: with care for where you are, clarity about what is possible, and deep respect for the effort it has taken you to get here.
