About me
I’m Andy Bailey, and I run Daylight, where growth-minded founders and leaders come to move faster, think bigger and lead better.
Growth rarely stalls for lack of ambition. More often it’s a decision that keeps getting deferred, a team that has outgrown its structure, or a leader carrying too much on their own. I work on what’s really in the way, and on what would change if it moved.
I’ve held senior roles across retail, real estate, consumer marketing, lifestyle brands and technology, and I’ve co-founded start-ups in health, sport and travel. Today I work with people from early-stage founders to global enterprise executives.
There are four ways to work with me: Sprint (coaching), Navigate (mentoring), Innovate (consultancy) and Horizons (a longer partnership). I’m based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, and work face-to-face across the county or online nationwide, with some national travel.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an MBA, ILM Level 5 and ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring; I am an Associate EMCC member.
I’ve held senior roles across retail, real estate, consumer marketing, lifestyle brands and technology, and I’ve co-founded start-ups in health, sport and travel. Today I work with people from early-stage founders to global enterprise executives.
Member organisations
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe. EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

Additional information
Each client is unique. Every service is tailored. Sprint Coaching services can be acquired in bundles of 6 to 12 sessions. Navigate Mentoring is generally a longer-term appointment, and hence, the frequency of meetings in a term determines the pricing structure. Innovate Consultancy is generally priced by project, from small tactical innovations to cultural strategy. Many clients opt to work on a project (Innovate) and I Coach (Sprint) them through development and then Mentor (Navigate) through the implementation phase.

I work with growth-minded founders and leaders through Daylight, offering coaching, mentoring and consultancy. I deliver every session myself, with no handover to an associate, and I’ll be straight with you, because most of the value lies in what’s easier to leave unsaid.

Where we meet
I’m based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, and meet clients in person across Watford, St Albans, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead and Elstree & Borehamwood and London. In my experience, the work goes best with a mix of time in the room, video calls and messages in between, so we’ll find the rhythm that suits you.
