About me

Hi, I'm Andrea, founder of Quietly Elite Coaching.

I believe people don't need more information. They need to become the person capable of creating the life they truly want.

That's the philosophy behind everything I do.

As a qualified life coach, former competitive taekwondo athlete, and HR professional, I've spent years understanding what helps people perform at their best, not just in theory, but in practice.

Before becoming a coach, I built my career in Human Resources, spending my early twenties partnering with managers and directors to navigate leadership, performance, behaviour and people challenges. That experience gave me a unique insight into how people think, what holds them back, and why lasting change is rarely about capability alone. More often, it's about confidence, self-awareness, identity and the beliefs we carry about ourselves.

Alongside my professional career, I spent years competing as a taekwondo athlete. Sport taught me discipline, consistency and resilience, but it also showed me how self-doubt, pressure and mindset can become the biggest barriers to reaching our potential.

My own journey has been shaped by those same challenges.

For years I struggled with confidence, questioned myself constantly and felt caught between believing I was capable of more while not fully trusting myself to go after it. Through coaching, personal development and deep self-reflection, I gradually rebuilt my relationship with myself and intentionally became the woman I wanted to be.

That experience changed my life.

It also became the foundation of Quietly Elite Coaching.

Today, I help ambitious people who feel capable of more but find themselves held back by overthinking, self-doubt, inconsistency or uncertainty about what's next.

My coaching combines emotional depth with honest accountability. I create a space where people feel safe enough to unpack what's really holding them back while also being challenged to take ownership of the life they want to build.

I don't believe growth is about becoming someone else.

I believe it's about becoming more of who you truly are underneath fear, conditioning and self-doubt.

Because the life you want is usually waiting on the other side of a decision.
