Welcome to this space.

Have you ever put yourself in a box and labelled it: No self worth. No direction. No self confidence.  Lots of ‘I don’t know’.  I’m not good enough.  Everyone else is better than me.

Do you ever feel like you are on Autopilot. Just going through the motions of ‘doing’ life. Stuck in ‘this is just the way things are’.   

I have.  I lacked direction.  I felt stagnant.  Disconnected from self and others.  I didn’t know how to get in touch with me.  Who was I anyway?  Who could I become?  What do I even want?

Through coaching, I learned to live a better "here." My life and relationships felt more enriched. I started to know myself with kindness and compassion, learning to embrace the parts of me that felt insecure and lost. I found my way out of that stagnant place and into a more purposeful existence.

Now, it gives me much purpose to help others find their best way of being "here."  To illuminate parts of you and learn how to have your own back.  To empower yourself with accountability for who you are and how you are nurturing your becoming.

As your coach, I offer a loving, nurturing, safe space to explore your inner world.  I partner with you to be courageous and look within. We'll move beyond surface-level issues to uncover the root causes of what's holding you back.

Identify what's truly behind the situations you face.
Gently explore and bring to light underlying patterns.
Cultivate deeper self-acceptance to break free from self-criticism.
Connect you to your inner wisdom and intuition. (Heartspace).
Address not just what you're doing, but fundamentally how you are being.
This journey is about greater self-awareness and connecting to who you are, so you can live a life full of more purpose and joy.

Initial Discovery call is free of charge.  Any sessions agreed after that are £45 per session.

I currently don't stipulate how many sessions to sign up for.  Going by experience 3 sessions minimum are useful.  And more sessions depending on whats emerging from the coaching.  We can discuss this more in the Discovery Call.
