About me
Spiral Life Coaching
My name is Amanda Williamson and I’ve always been fascinated with spirals because, to me, they represent the way that life spirals up and down: moments of growth and progress - followed by challenges and setbacks - and back again.
It’s a natural rhythm that symbolises growth, transformation and connection, and represents the ups and downs that we all experience throughout our lives.
My business, Spiral Life Coaching has been based at the Church Street Practice, Church Street in Melton Mowbray for the past 15 years, and, whilst I prefer face to face meetings where possible, I can also offer sessions on Teams/Zoom for both adults and young people.
My approach is professional, but also easy and relaxed and I will do whatever I can to make sure you feel at ease. Appointments are available on Mondays and Fridays (excluding bank holidays). Evening and weekend appointments available with prior notice.
