My journey started many years ago with a belief that I wasn’t 'good enough’ a belief I now realise dominates a lot of us. This limiting belief affected my life in many different ways and stopped me from believing in myself. When things went wrong I used to reinforce my belief, thinking it was my fault because I wasn’t good enough. For example in ‘a relationship breakup’ or ‘If I didn’t get the job’ then I would hold myself back from trying something new.
The more you reinforce the belief the more you believe it and yet there was something within me that wanted to change, I needed help!
I started to explore the possibility of change by using ‘NLP’ and ‘Life Coaching’ this gave me the opportunity to explore my own 'limiting beliefs' and realise that everyone has within them the means to change but only when you experience a different perspective. I proved this to myself when I walked the ‘Fire Walk’ at an Anthony Robbins weekend seminar, this is how powerful NLP & Coaching can be.
Why did I walk the Firewalk? I wanted to prove to myself I could do it. The Fire Walk is a metaphor, if you can walk it you can do anything in your life; it is only our beliefs that stop us from achieving the life we want! This whole experience has completely changed my life for the better and I no longer have that old belief.
Now as a fully trained NLP Life Coach, Psychotherapy Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Nutritional therapist I work with clients to empower them to make significant changes in their lives. I use an integrated approach as every client presents with a unique set of issues.
Life coaching is a partnership, it's about guiding and helping you to change your dreams into reality by developing your skills, setting goals, seeing things differently and focusing on what you want and not on what you don't want!

Concessions are available for packages booked, see below:
- Longer sessions - 3 hours if you want to work on a specific issue
- Full day - Breakthrough session 6 hours (with a 30 min break)
- Weekly sessions 6 -8
- Monthly Coaching sessions over a period of 12 months - offering transformation over a longer period
- Nutrition & Wellbeing packages to improve your health
