How does coaching work?

All obstacles are an opportunity for change, you maybe bored with your job and not sure how you can make the change.  You maybe stuck in a relationship or have been let down in a relationship and unable to move forwards, you have hit a wall and something inside you is telling you it is time for a change, listen to your intuition and take the next step by picking up the phone and having a 20 minute FREE consultation with me, no obligation.

Life coaching is about empowering you to reach your potential. As a coach I will support, facilitate and encourage you to find your own solutions to a problem by helping you to develop your own skills and knowledge. By raising your own self-awareness and encouraging you to take responsibility for your own performance through behavioral change and attitude.

How many sessions will I need?

A coach is there to help you to explore your options, find solutions and focus on the future.  It may only take a few sessions depending on the problem many of my clients see a change within a couple of visits.  You will discover a lot more about yourself as I did and maybe let go of some ‘limiting beliefs’ that you have had in the past, which will allow you to experience life in a different way.

This was my Journey of change!

My journey started many years ago with a belief that I wasn’t 'good enough’ a belief I now realise dominates a lot of us.  This belief used to affect my life in many different ways and stopped me from believing in myself.  When things happened I used to blame myself and tell myself it was my fault because I wasn’t good enough. Example in ‘a relationship breakup’ or ‘If I didn’t get the job’ or ‘I would hold back from trying something new’

The more you reinforce the belief the more you believe it and yet there was something in me that wanted to change that belief, and just like you I needed help!

I started to explore the possibility for change by studying ‘NLP’ and ‘Life coaching’ this gave me the opportunity to explore my 'limiting beliefs' and realised that everyone has within them the means to change but only when you start to see things in a different way.  I proved this to myself when I walked the ‘Fire Walk’ at an Anthony Robbins weekend seminar, this is how powerful NLP & Coaching can be.  Why did I walk the Fire walk? to prove to myself I could do it. The Fire Walk is a metaphor, if you can walk it you can do anything in your life; it is only our beliefs that stop us from achieving the life we want!  This whole experience has completely changed my life for the better and I no longer have that old belief.
