About me

I am a Co-Active coach, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Supervisor and Embodied Facilitator. I offer leadership and executive coaching, self development, confidence and work/life balance, as well as relational dynamics and mental health coaching. I also offer supervision for coaches wishing to take their practice to the next level. I work in a holistic and integrated way by drawing on all strands of my training, ranging from embodiment and movement to action-oriented tools and strategies, human behavioural theories and mindfulness techniques.

I coach in a relational and dynamic way - supporting you and offering challenge as needed. You will know what's right for you and we will explore the subject until we find that point of resonance for you - and then work to develop and grow that in you in a practical, results-focussed way.

We are always in motion and my belief is that, while we can feel sometimes blocked, there is always more to us than just these responses. To acknowledge them and honour them and then explore what else is here is a way through the stuckness and into movement and change.

I work in Brighton & Hove and Crystal Palace, near Streatham, Norwood and Croydon and am also available for Skype or phone sessions should meeting in person not be possible. I would initially invite you to a 30-minute meeting so that we can connect and I can understand how I can help you. After which, we can agree a time and place for our sessions.

What clients say:

"I wanted to say Thank You!. Thanks very much for all the good advice and exercises you have taught me. I joined Wing Chun, and I love it!, I’m doing it every Monday, it’s really changing my energy, and now I feel more comfortable throwing a punch! It really works, I feel more confident. You have given my another point of view from which I can keep working on myself. Thanks so much Allegra, for impacting my live in such a positive way." - Rebeca, Digital Product Manager, Aviva

"Allegra is a fantastic coach. She is intelligent, well informed and knows perfectly how to structure sessions to maximise the time available. We worked together over a number of coaching sessions focusing on work/life balance, confidence and leadership, and health and well-being. Allegra created a safe space to explore the issues and challenged me to address these whilst silently carving a path for us to move forward. I have made some hugely beneficial changes because of our coaching sessions. She is a force of nature and I have no doubt that Allegra has a positive impact on everyone she works with." - Amanda Davies, Managing Director at ISV, Recruitment Testing & Candidate Training

"Allegra is a wonderfully warm and intuitive coach, gently holding space for you when needs be, but at the same time always keeping you challenged and on purpose. Her knowledge of several different disciplines is invaluable and gives her coaching a real depth and authenticity. You just know you're in really safe hands! Allegra guided me through a particularly difficult time in my personal life and a crossroads in my career, helping me to get from a place of real 'stuckness' to a place of empowering clarity. Since working with her I have embarked on a new career path, grown in confidence and taken on new challenges. I'm not sure I could have done it without Allegra's guidance and support and I recommend her without hesitation" - Lucy Fleet, Film Publicity, Communications and Event Management

"I had the pleasure of working with Allegra in the Autumn/Winter of 2017. I came to her with somewhat of a broken spirit having been passed up on a few opportunities at work, which I felt were well deserved. Through our work together I found my professional self-confidence rising up and was able to recognise the strengths I carry. I enjoyed how she challenged me and used different interactive tools to help me re-discover my passions and my own excellence. In the time we met, I applied for and was granted funding for a staff exchange programme at work. After our sessions ended I found myself taking more risks at work, which I don't think I could have done had I not put in the work with Allegra. I'm also currently working on launching my own project, which we were able to explore in a few of our sessions. I highly recommend Allegra as a coach. She listens with an open heart, makes no judgement and gives you the space to grow and flourish." - Wilna Gracias, LMSW
Higher Education Professional, Life Coach, Speaker, Facilitator

"I had a series of coaching sessions with Allegra this year and I would really recommend her. Through her professional guidance I have managed to envisage more clearly the career path that I want to pursue as well as how to get there; besides her friendly and personable approach makes you feel at ease with her and quickly establish a level of trust that is in my opinion fundamental in this kind of work. Her insights were helpful and empowering and I am very thankful for that." - Antonio Fontelles, International Relations Manager at CCBC; International Consultant for EU-funded project

"I would absolutely recommend Allegra as a coach. She's been great to work with on many levels. She has a calm, warm, friendly, compassionate and authentic nature which enabled me to feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. Through her support, encouragement, action-oriented approach and use of some fun and clever tools and techniques, she's helped me to achieve some immediate personal goals and is helping me to construct the building blocks for my bigger goals. I love her intuitive side and it’s obvious she is a well educated, intelligent lady with excellent business knowledge so I feel she could help coach anyone who is stuck in any area of their life to move forward positively and productively." - Carolyn Austin, Experienced Marketing Manager, Creator of Websites and Individual Furnishings

"Allegra has had a massively positive effect on both my professional career and personal goals. She has helped me to progress in my career and through regular coaching sessions, has helped me formulate my goals, develop my own style of management and understand what I would need in order to achieve those goals. I would not hesitate in recommending Allegra as I have found her coaching style to be empowering and intuitive." - Nisha Modha, Senior Project Manager
