About me
I am a Jay Shetty Accredited Life Coach and a member of the Association for Coaching. I also have significant history within a listening role in the UK, focussing upon compassion, empathy, understanding and exploration of options and the path forward. I am also a former divorce lawyer.
I work as a transformational life coach with two specialisms. I work with people who have ADHD and may be struggling in the workplace, relationships or study programmes. ADHD can present difficulties with concentration or focus, making some tasks, even with motivation, a challenge. Equally ADHD can present differently in women than men affecting mood, hyperactivity and impulsivity. Whilst ADHD can present challenge - it can also present opportunity, redefining and recognition of skills. I will support you and work with you on your journey to fulfilment, providing time, space and support.
In busy and challenging lives time for ourselves is difficult to find. If relationships break down this can be debilitating, emotionally distressing and deeply confusing. I will coach you across the entire process, providing clarification, supporting your needs, hearing your fears and concerns whilst also able to provide some focus to the process of divorce or relationship breakdown and your return to emotional confidence and empowerment. I will help you step into new phases in your life and embrace the future.
