I run coaching and therapy sessions face to face in Markyate, St Albans, Hertfordshire, and via Zoom.
I work with individuals, couples, children and teenagers. I love helping people transcend their issues and struggles, rediscover their confidence and playfulness, re-ignite their spark and fall in love with life, however challenging their circumstances might appear.
There’s usually an area of life that feels impossible to shift. A fear, a set of unhelpful beliefs about yourself, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, external conditions / events that feel overwhelming and insurmountable. I want to give you reason to be hopeful, right now, because I know that your experience of life can be transformed, no matter what is going on within it.
Working as a team, we will address any changes that you would like to make in your life, whether they relate to relationships, career, health, parenting, creativity, eating and weight, or anything else that is bothering you. Together, we strip away unhelpful thinking and beliefs, shine a light on old patterns and conditioning, allowing you to move into a state of increased peace and clarity. You will gain a sense of true freedom as you start to see the source of what’s really keeping you stuck and in struggle, and how easily things can change when viewed from a new perspective.
I have also reintroduced my Optimal Wellbeing coaching; a personal passion of mine. This takes the form of lifestyle coaching, where we look at your state of health and wellbeing, and work out how to optimise, so you can begin to feel better than ever. Often this is more a process of stripping back, removing the foods and lifestyle factors that are keeping you stuck in less than optimal health, than it is a sudden addition of lots more to do. We tackle any tricky issues such as sugar addiction, or addiction to other foods) in more depth as required. The way the process works means you get back to a more natural way of living, more suited to our body and it’s natural wisdom. Where we can’t be fully natural in today’s world, we mimic nature as best we can, getting the foundational elements (sleep, rest, movement, breathing, nutrition) in place, to create a solid base of wellness.

I have been working in the coaching and therapy field for over a decade, prior to which I was a practitioner of Nutritional Medicine. I have a successful private coaching practice as well as being a speaker and workshop facilitator for various coaching / inside-out forums.

Health and wellbeing
I book in blocks of 4 sessions, at a cost of £300. Usually, the first, and sometimes second, block of 4, take place weekly. After this, they often drop down to fortnightly, and then either stop altogether, or move to monthly conversations and / or ad-hoc sessions. All very much dependent on the client and their needs.
