I run coaching and therapy sessions face to face in Markyate, St Albans, Hertfordshire, and via Zoom.
My work is suitable for teenagers and adults, and for couples – either those in crisis or those who simply wish to deepen their connection and understanding of one another. I love helping people transcend their issues and struggles, rediscover their confidence and playfulness, re-ignite their spark and fall in love with life, however challenging their circumstances might appear.
TRANSFORMATIVE LIFE COACHING / THERAPY
There’s usually an area of life that feels impossible to shift. A fear, a set of unhelpful beliefs about yourself, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, external conditions / events that feel overwhelming and insurmountable.
My coaching shines a light on the layers of innocently acquired conditioning and limiting thoughts, coping strategies and beliefs that we all have. I can help you overcome insecurities, anxieties, and feelings of “not-good-enough”. I’ll teach you how to stop people-pleasing and start to live life in line with your true values. And I will support you as you let go of what you are not, understand who you really are, and begin to live from this fresh, new perspective.
My approach combines deep listening, intuitive questioning and exploratory conversation with therapeutic modalities such as cognitive therapy, breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming, as appropriate. Having training and experience in a variety of different coaching and therapy approaches allows me to be responsive to each client’s individual needs.
My overall aim with every client is to help them on the path towards a happier, healthier, more peaceful and vibrant self, more aligned with their true nature and living a more authentic, blissful, life. I help people realise that they aren’t broken, were never broken, and have access to all the resources they need inside of themselves – often this involves a gentle journey in becoming comfortable with leaning into feelings instead of distracting away from, and avoiding them.
I have always had an affinity for the spiritual and mystical, and have been immersed in non-duality and other spiritual teachings, and so where appropriate will bring this element to client conversations, as and when it makes sense to do so.
OPTIMAL WELLNESS COACHING
As an Optimal Wellness Coach, I work with body and mind to help clients to achieve a simpler, more natural, way of feeling well. I begin with the foundational pillars of health – looking at how you relax, eat, move and sleep. Together we strip out toxicity and stressors that can be having a hidden impact on your physical and emotional wellbeing, and add in nourishment, regenerative practices and, where necessary, healing. I’m not interested in calorie counting, fad diets, or having all the latest gadgets (although I do love my Oura ring!); I’m much more interested in helping you to become more intuitive about what is right for you and your health, whether that be physically, emotionally or spiritually. We tackle any tricky issues (such as sugar addiction, or addiction to other foods) in more depth as required. The way the process works means you get back to a more natural way of living, more suited to our body and it’s natural wisdom. Where we can’t be fully natural in today’s world, we mimic nature as best we can, to create a solid base of wellness.

Health and wellbeing
I initially book in blocks of 4 sessions, at a cost of £300. Usually, the first, and sometimes second, block of 4, take place weekly. After this, they often drop down to fortnightly, and then either stop altogether, or move to monthly conversations and / or ad-hoc sessions. All very much dependent on the client and their needs.
I offer a free 30-minute zero obligation exploratory conversation, during which we can explore the changes you would like to make and what seems to be holding you back or keeping you stuck.
I coach predominantly in the daytime, with evenings / weekends available if required. Please contact me for latest slots available. I work face to face or via Zoom.
