About me
Coaching with me is a partnership. I work with people who feel something isn’t quite working, whether that’s confidence taking a knock, wanting to lead better, figuring out their next step, or understanding how their brain works, including ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence.
I offer a safe, curious space where you won’t be judged, but you will be challenged with kindness. That might mean a bold challenge, or simply a space to exhale.
I’ll be beside you to help you make sense of where you are and where you want to go. If things don’t land perfectly first time, that’s part of the process. We may use reflection, visuals, stories, models or pattern-spotting, always using flexible tools to help you think clearly and act meaningfully.
I show up authentically with no script and no jargon, so you can do the same. I won’t let you drift, but I will never criticise or shame you. Real change happens when you feel safe to explore and things are kept clear and grounded.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am professionally trained with a Diploma in Coaching, and certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coaching neurodivergence. I undertake regular supervision and professional development to ensure my practice remains reflective and up to date.
Over the last decade I have supported people of all ages and backgrounds to feel clearer, more confident and purposeful about where they’re heading. I work with people at many different crossroads, including:
• Exploring identity, authenticity and belonging
• Making career changes or navigating challenges at work
• Young people finding their future path
• Developing awareness, resilience and life skills
• Understanding personal wiring and neurodivergence
• Strengthening relationships and boundaries
• Growing in confidence, clarity and self-trust
• Leading with humanity at every stage of leadership
Clients value the insight, empathy and perspective I bring, alongside lived experience of navigating uncertainty and identity. I’m not here to impress, I’m here to help you find what works for you.
