About me
Hi I’m Adam a fully qualified Life Coach specialising in Life Coaching and Mentoring as well as holistic wellness.
I specialise and am very experienced in equipping adults of all ages with the skills that they need in order to overcome the issues, difficulties and things holding you back from being the very best version of yourself that you can be. I have been successful in helping individuals just like you that have experienced feeling lost, stuck and unfulfilled in many different areas of their lives such as their careers, their relationships or personal lives. This is often the result of a lack of confidence, self esteem and motivation or from past disappointments and sadness. It often contributes to depression and anxiety, feeling exhausted all the time, and unhelpful food choices or drinking excessively.
After working with me you will be equipped and confident enough to become your own coach and mentor in the future.

Time has taught me that life is simple but human beings are complex. Most of the problems that we face and hold us back , stem from fear, lack of self confidence, low self esteem, lack of focus and motivation and from finding ourselves repeating patterns of behaviour that result in unhappiness, frustration , disappointment and sadness in our professional and personal lives.
Together and as a team, we will learn who you are as an individual and from that understanding and as you become aware of the things that are causing you distress or difficulties we can then put a plan in place to overcome those problematic areas of your life as well as building on the strengths that you already have. Training, qualifications & experience
- Over 25years experience.
- Fully Qualified Life Coach (AFC) accredited (ACCPH) accredited.
- Level 2 Counselling Diploma.
- Level 3 Counselling Diploma.
- Diploma in Holistic Nutrition (LCHM) (SNHS) dip.
I am also a level 4 counselling trainee in the final stages of becoming a qualified professional counsellor and so give life coaching guidance, mentoring and support to people suffering from depression and anxiety.
I am a Member of The Association for Coaching and the Association of Coaches, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

My professional fees are £50 per 50 - 60 minute session.

In addition I offer intensive “kick start you journey “ packages that include 7 sessions of life coaching as well as “ homework “ tasks for the discounted price of £ 250.

What sets me apart?
Through my own experiences and extensive training not only as a life coach but as a counsellor, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with many individuals that are struggling as adults because of a really difficult, painful or traumatic childhood and teenage years. This often results in adults that have difficulty with many aspects of life, especially when it comes to relationships and getting on with others, trusting people, fear of abandonment, low self confidence and a lack of self love and care . This is often linked to messages from childhood about not being good enough or that it isn’t OK to be ourselves.
This can often result in anxiety, depression, food addiction and also in physical illness that has been caused by emotional distress that began in childhood and has continued on into adulthood. It often results in a person repeating patterns of self destructive and self defeating behaviours, without understanding why.
