About me
I’m Adam and I specialise in Coaching or Counselling ( fully qualified ) couples or individuals that are experiencing difficulties in their relationships with their partners or with their families.
Our relationships are one of the most important things for most people and I understand that when those relationships are in difficulty or crisis that can be extremely distressing and painful and can also lead to associated health problems such as depression, anxiety or stress.
Often the difficulties that we experience in our relationships are because we struggle to communicate effectively or because we feel that we are not being heard or understood. Sometimes we take issues from childhood into our adult relationships and find that we repeat patterns of destructive or negative behaviours.This can lead to frustration or shutting down emotionally and physically.
I work with all types of couples , families and individuals and also help couples that are thinking about getting divorced or separated and many of my clients have decided to stay together and work through their difficulties through coaching or counselling instead of going their separate ways.
I also work with clients who’ve decided that it is right for them to separate from their partner but want to work on themselves and their own difficulties as an individual in order to heal and to avoid repeating patterns of behaviour in future relationships.

- Fully Qualified Life Coach (AFC) accredited (ACCPH) accredited.
- Fully qualified and accredited counsellor
- Diploma in Holistic Nutrition (LCHM) (SNHS) dip.
I am a Member of The Association for Coaching and the Association of Coaches, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists.
I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Association.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

I offer a free initial consultation.
My professional fees are £ 45 for individuals per 50 minute session
£75 for couples or families per 1 hour session.
I work exclusively online by Zoom.
