Well-being is a current buzzword - it means different things to different people.
Often, we only notice when our well-being is lacking and we feel stressed, anxious, frustrated or sad. If we get to this point, it can be difficult to get ourselves back on track and crawl out of the hole.
As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure!
