Well-being is a current buzzword - it means different things to different people.

Often, we only notice when our well-being is lacking and we feel stressed, anxious, frustrated or sad. If we get to this point, it can be difficult to get ourselves back on track and crawl out of the hole.

As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure!

So, how do we know what good well-being looks, feels and sounds like? 

  • What does well-being mean to you?
  • What are the indicators that your well-being is starting to go amiss?
  • How do you maintain your well-being?

These are some of the questions that Glenda Strong and Rebecca Norton will be addressing on Friday 17th September.
