It won’t solve all your problems but it will help you take that vital first step.
You will learn tools and tips to:

- make more effective use of your time
- enhance your well-being
- reduce stress
- identify what you want to change and why
Each day over the period of the course, you will receive an email with information and a worksheet to complete at your own pace. Under the expertise of Rebecca, you'll be guided through this process in a supportive way and experience the camaraderie of others on the same journey.
