Following the success of previous programmes and the feedback received, Yvonne has created a course for ongoing practice. It's suitable for anyone that's attended a previous programme or workshop with Yvonne or already has some understanding of these techniques.
11am-12pm weekly from Thursday 28 September to Thursday 16 November 2017.
One of the biggest challenges people face when learning these techniques is finding the time or discipline to build them into their lives. The key is simple, but not always that easy to achieve - practice, practice, practice. As you become used to the techniques, you will build them into your life more easily.
Sessions will provide the time and space, to develop your practice. The programme will include exercises you may have learnt with Yvonne before and some new ones. You'll be able to explore what is and isn't working for you and benefit from the group dynamics, which are always supportive, motivational and fun.
More and more people are adding some form of relaxation, mindfulness or meditation to their daily routine for simple relaxation and stress-relief or as a means of achieving a deeper communication with themselves. As the benefits are now better understood, increasingly these valuable practices are being applied across lots of different areas. In many parts of the world, including the UK and USA, organisations, universities and schools are now including these practices in the workplace and classroom.

About the host
Course run by Yvonne Fernando, NLP master practitioner & life coach. Yvonne often includes relaxation, mindfulness and meditation in her one to one work, where appropriate.
