1-day spring retreat: Rejuvenate your creativity

I'd love for you to join me by the coast for a rejuvenating spring retreat. Our gentle programme begins with coffee, journaling and a beach walk, before a delicious early lunch. We will then move into a gorgeous light-filled, studio space. You'll be invited to reconnect with your most creative selves and to make your own vision board. There'll be mastermind-style coaching, time to reflect, yin yoga and beach walks. And of course, you’ll get free time to grab a quiet coffee by the coast.

Enjoy guided meditation, nourishing coaching, herbal tea, fresh fruit and future-self journaling too.

While transport, accommodation and evening meals are not included, we can offer you some lovely recommendations if you intend to stay over, so that you can tailor your retreat to your own specifications.

What you can expect:

  • Meet and connect with other creative people and with yourself.
  • Re-set, re-focus and discover how to re-connect with your creative energy and use it to great effect.
  • Learn new and familiar ways to align with what's truly important to you, in work and life.
  • Leave feeling nourished, supported and well-resourced.

Thurs 25th April, Worthing, UK
£200 per person.
