This 90 minute workshop will give you the chance to try out a variety of mindfulness practices and to find out more about the eight week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course.

Mindfulness has been shown to help people manage stress, focus more, sleep better and generally improve well-being and enjoyment of life.

Sara is on the teacher training pathway at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. She adheres to the standards set out in the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teachers good practice guidelines. Sara is also a trained counsellor, coach, and coach supervisor.
