This one and a half hour workshop is for anyone new to mindfulness.
It is suitable for the general public (18 years and over). It will give you the chance to try out a variety of mindfulness practices and to find out more about the eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

Sara has practised meditation and yoga for over 20 years and is on the teacher training pathway at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. Sara is also an experienced group facilitator, coach, counsellor and coach supervisor. Sara teaches eight week public MBSR courses and mindfulness in the workplace.
