About me
Hi, I'm Julie, a women's Health and Wellbeing Coach, dedicated to helping you live your most wonderful, creative, joyful life. Working together, we can identify what's currently not working for you in your life, and where you may be feeling stuck. In my role as your coach, I will encourage, inspire, and empower you to improve your self-esteem and achieve your goals.
We will look at your current thought patterns and beliefs, and the impact they are having on how you feel and live your life. Often we are stuck in old stories about ourselves and our lives - "I'm too old for change", "I'll never lose this weight", "My marriage is dull". Thoughts are powerful and shape how we live. If you want to live as a healthy, vibrant, joy-filled woman, then let's change the script. What do you want to be true about your life? How do you want to think and feel about yourself?
You have more power than you think to design your precious life on purpose. You have to be deliberate and ready to embark upon this exciting journey, and I want to be right there alongside you, cheering you on.
So if you are ready to start living now as the woman you yearn to be, let me help you. We will explore mindset and the power of thoughts, physical and emotional health, stress management, goal-setting, and so much more.
If you think coaching or counselling, or a mix of both, might be right for you, I would love the opportunity to work with you and offer the support, empathy and encouragement you need as you begin the process of making changes, moving forward and becoming the best version of yourself.
You matter. Your health and happiness matter. It is time to make yourself a priority. Please get in touch.
I look forward to working with you.

As well as a coach, I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor who specialises in working with women in all stages of life, from young adults to busy parents, through peri-menopause and menopause, empty nesters to retirees.
