Kairos Coaching: the Time is Now
Life transitions often feel like losing your grip on who you are and where you’re headed. Kairos Coaching works with people ion the threshold of change, supporting them to choose direction and take the first steps to living the life they want to lead.
I am an experienced coach, counsellor and psychotherapist based in Hastings and online. Working together, we can bridge the gap from where you are today to who you want to be, tackling obstacles and putting into place practical strategies for lasting change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in life transitions. I hold a certificate in FLOW business coaching. This is my second career after working at a senior level in national government and criminal justice.
My qualifications are:
BA (Hons) Jurisprudence - University of Oxford
Masters of Business Administration (MBA) - Imperial College Business School
PG Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy - University of Brighton
Certificate in Business Leadership Coaching - FLOW Institute
