Sandra Slight will be our speaker, she has experience in experience in organisational Transactional Analysis (TA), coaching, counselling, NLP and clean coaching.

We all have different opinions about what we believe a difficult person is for us.

Two or more people may have similar views about someone who is difficult and within each person’s frame of reference there will be variances.

The frame will include, beliefs, values, past experiences, current psychological state, cultural upbringing, situation and our preferences. Therefore, your decision frame could have an impact on someone else’s behaviour and the ultimate outcome of a coaching relationship.

Framing is an important consideration for changing our minds when we perceive what we believe to be our reality through your subconscious frames. If we are able to reframe and look at a situation from a different perspective you can embark on a journey of change.

In preparation for the session, Sandra invites us to bring an object or picture that symbolises your difficult person and think of words that you use to describe them.
