Join Sara Hammond for this Association for Coaching (AoC) event suitable for coaches, coach therapists and supervisors from all approaches and levels of experience. The focus of the evening will be to discover how mindfulness can help enhance your practice, client attunement and self-care.

About the host
Sara is on the Mindfulness Teacher Training Pathway at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. She runs mindfulness courses for the general public and in the workplace.
Sara holds post graduate qualifications in human resource development, coaching and coach supervision and is am a BACP registered counsellor.
