Have you ever thought you were stuck in some negative situation, feeling, habit or pattern of behaviour – like in a maze which you can’t seem to find your way out of?

Many people have such negative thoughts at times. However, it is when they keep repeating that they grow into negative self-beliefs, which become entrenched over time and harder to change.

So the question is, can we change negative self-beliefs before experiencing some actual evidence of behaviour change? Absolutely. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence! You see nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to be a butterfly.

As our beliefs grow out of our thoughts, it makes sense to address our thinking patterns first. The get unstuck workshop is a friendly, safe and very effective environment in which to observe our habitual patterns of thought and then learn how to change them. We call the technique, pressing the reset button.

The process is simple and it really works. You will experience and feel the profound changes in yourself over the Workshop weekend.  It then just requires your commitment and practice to maintain the changed you!

On the get unstuck workshop you will be in the company of others also looking to make real changes. While their perceived problems may vary from person to person, there is always one common denominator – the belief that they are stuck. That’s why you’re there, to change those negative beliefs and start living into your potential, which has been waiting so patiently for you to change and find renewed belief in yourself.

The workshop is dynamic, experiential, thought-provoking and fun. While the anticipation of change can be scary for some, the actual process of change once started, is inspiring, exciting, motivating and highly rewarding. You will wish you had found this workshop far sooner.

You will also experience the benefits of mindfulness for observing ourselves and preparing our minds for changes.
