Following last year's success, Yvonne Fernando is pleased to announce this new 10 week programme for Spring 2015 at Charing Surgery. This inspiring and informative course is designed to help you learn to relax, manage stress and create a calm mind - for improved health and well-being.

10-11am weekly from Thursday 5 March - Thursday 7 May 2015

Each session will include a mix of relaxation, mindfulness and meditation techniques which can positively impact all areas of you life; health, work and relationships.

More and more people are adding some form of relaxation, mindfulness or meditation to their daily routine for simple relaxation, stress relief or as a means to achieving a deeper communication with themselves. As the benefits are now better understood, increasingly these valuable practices are being applied across lots of different areas, such as business, universities and schools.

An autumn programme will run 9.30-10.30 weekly from Thursday 24 September - Thursday 26 November. And for those that have already attended a programme or would like to develop their practice, Yvonne has designed an Ongoing Practice programme which will run 11am-12pm weekly, from Thursday 24 September - Thursday 26 November 2015.
