This session will bring together a small group of interested people for an introductory workshop on the benefits of practicing mindfulness, including mindful meditation and self-awareness exercises.Whether you have some experience in meditation or no idea what the fuss is all about, you're welcome to come along and experience for yourself:

This introductory workshop opens the way for the six-week mindfulness based stress reduction course.
