Supervision details
My role is to support you in reflecting on, exploring, celebrating and deepening your practice in ways that are aligned with your values. I draw on a range of skills and experience which can include coaching, mentoring, soul craft and counselling, as appropriate. I ask you to bring to sessions whatever issues from your practice are most charged, and an open heart and mind.
I will be fully present with you: listening attentively and non-judgmentally, asking questions, offering experiments or insights, inviting you to step out of your comfort zone, suggesting activities, and reflecting on our work together, which may have parallels with your client work.
You know yourself best; and you know your clients. My role is to help you surface your deepest, wisest knowing. Sometimes I’ll offer suggestions based on my knowledge and experience, but it's important that you work in a way that feels right for you. I may sometimes challenge your decisions, but ultimately, they’re yours. I’ll occasionally invite you to share reflections on our process, helping me to remain effective.
