Supervision details
I have been working a Supervisor since 2023 along side my Presence in Action Practice.
Whilst may background includes Health, Social Care, Education and Anti Social Behaviour, my Practice as a Supervisor does not rely on professional similarities, rather on noticing what is present and current for you and therefore what you bring to the session. As a Supervisor my role is to notice what is and is not present and to bring a supportive challenge where necessary. If tensions arise during the Supervision process, what arises between can also be incorporated and may illuminate wider patterns and afford mutual learning.
As part of my own processing I use movement, outdoor spaces and creative approaches as ways of accessing more information for myself. If clients and supervisees are curious about alternative ways of exploring this is something that can be incorporated within a session.
Personally, I engage in monthly Group Supervision .
