Supervision details
As a Tavistock Institute Certified Supervisor for coaches & consultants, I offer personalised development & supervision. Our sessions help coaches to consider their professional aspirations, coaching identity and practice in alignment with their authentic selves. My developmental inquiry approach opens up potential so they can achieve new insights, balance & perspective. I create a safe, supportive space for coaches to explore cases from their practice, ethical learning opportunities & the path they'd like to take in their work.
A key feature of my work is bringing nature & systems thinking in as a partner in the learning process. As an experience nature practitioner, coaches who seek me out are often drawn to this approach because they are experience nature coaches themselves, are seeking to expand their integration of nature/outdoor coaching into their practice or if they are simply looking for a refreshingly different way to be creative and resourced as part of their supervision experience.
Supervision is available 121 or in small groups (online and in nature)
Do get in touch for a free exploratory conversation to see if my approach might suit.
